⚠️ BEFORE CARE

Please avoid retinol, Accutane, chemical peels, exfoliating acids, or facial treatments 5–7 days prior to your appointment. Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice for best results.


🌸 AFTER CARE

Avoid makeup, sweating, sun exposure, and touching the treated area for 24 hours. Apply soothing aloe as recommended.

    No refunds on services or deposits. No exceptions.

  • DEPOSIT REQUIRED

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • LATE POLICY

    There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

  • NO CALL / NO SHOW

    No call, no show will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront to rebook.

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS (EXCEPTIONS/MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE)

    No friends, visitors, or children allowed unless they are being serviced.

  • NO CHILDREN

    Children are not permitted in the service area for safety and focus reasons.

  • CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

    Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

  • HEALTH & SERVICE CONDITIONS

    Please arrive with clean skin/nails free of oils, makeup, or products. Services may be refused if proper prep is not followed. No refunds will be given.

  • WAXING DISCLAIMER

    I am not responsible for reactions due to skin sensitivity, medications, or undisclosed conditions. Please inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, or medications (Retin-A, Accutane, antibiotics, etc.) prior to service.

  • LASH DISCLAIMER

    Cluster lashes are applied at the client’s request. Proper aftercare is required. I am not responsible for premature shedding due to improper care.

  • NAIL DISCLAIMER

    I am not responsible for broken or lifted nails once you leave. Repairs are not free unless stated otherwise.
